Does the audit call commit me to anything?

Short answer: no. Long answer, because “no” alone isn’t very convincing coming from the person trying to book the call.

I get why this is a real question and not a throwaway one. A lot of “free consultation” offers are built to end in a hard pitch, and most people have sat through at least one of those. It’s fair to wonder if this one is any different before you put fifteen minutes on your calendar.

What the call actually is

The Complimentary 15-Minute Document & Workflow Audit is exactly what it says it is. Complimentary. We spend those fifteen minutes mapping where your team is actually losing time and whether one of my three service areas, workflow bottleneck audits, onboarding systems, or AI knowledge systems, would fix it. That’s the whole agenda. Not a sales script with a demo bolted on. An actual look at your actual problem.

Sometimes that fifteen minutes ends with a clear next step. Sometimes it ends with me telling you honestly that what you need isn’t something I do, or that it’s not worth the investment right now. Both of those are useful outcomes. Neither one costs you anything beyond the time itself.

What happens if it does make sense to keep going

If the call turns up a real fit, you get a written proposal afterward with clear scope and price. Not a verbal number on the call, not pressure to decide on the spot. A document you can read on your own time, share with a partner or a colleague if you need a second opinion, and say yes or no to whenever you’re ready. Nothing is signed or billed during the call itself.

And if it doesn’t make sense, that’s fine too. You’ve lost fifteen minutes, not a commitment. I’d rather tell you plainly that something isn’t a fit than stretch a project to make it look like one.

Why I run it this way

What I’ve seen work best, for me and for the firms I talk to, is treating the audit call as genuinely low stakes on both sides. You’re not obligated to hire me. I’m not obligated to find a project if there isn’t one. That’s what actually makes the call worth your time. If it were a disguised sales pitch, you’d feel that within the first two minutes, and it would waste your time worse than not booking it at all.

If the only thing standing between you and booking the call is wondering what you’re actually agreeing to, now you know. Fifteen minutes, no obligation, a real look at whether this is worth pursuing. That’s the whole deal.

Fifteen minutes, no strings attached.

See whether it’s a fit before you decide anything else.
